How do I verify a product?
Scan the QR code printed on the bag with your phone camera. On the first scan, the official seal and the bag's own verification code are displayed. Keep that code: it is shown only once, and you can use it later on the manual verification page.
What does "verification already used" mean?
It means the QR code on this bag has already been scanned and verified before. If you own this product and the message is unexpected, use the WhatsApp button on that page: it sends the product name and serial number to our team so they can review the case.
Can I buy through the website?
No. There is no online sale or payment. All orders and quotations are handled through direct contact with the VISION COMMERCE team via WhatsApp or the contact form.
How do I request a quotation or technical information?
Contact us on WhatsApp or send your request from the Contact page, mentioning the product you are interested in, and our team will get back to you.
Where can I find technical documents?
Approved technical documents are published in the Resources Center and on each product page. If you need a document that is not published, you can request it from our team.
