CIL (Carbon In Leach) is a gold processing flow in which leaching and carbon adsorption take place inside the same tank train. This guide walks through the main stages in simple terms and shows where each VISION COMMERCE product works.
Stages of the flow
- 1
Ore and preparation
The ore is received and prepared for processing.
- 2
Crushing and grinding
The ore is reduced in size to liberate gold particles.
- 3
Slurry preparation
Ground ore is mixed with water to form the pulp.
- 4
Leaching and adsorption together
Inside the CIL tanks, LEACHING KING works on leaching while LEACHING KING ACTIVATED CARBON adsorbs the dissolved gold in the same tanks.
- 5
Carbon separation
The gold-loaded carbon is separated from the pulp.
- 6
Recovery
Gold is recovered from the loaded carbon to obtain the final product.
