CIP (Carbon In Pulp) is a gold processing flow in which leaching is completed first in dedicated tanks, after which the pulp moves to separate adsorption tanks. This guide walks through the main stages in simple terms and shows where each product works.
Stages of the flow
- 1
Ore and preparation
The ore is received and prepared for processing.
- 2
Crushing and grinding
The ore is reduced in size to liberate gold particles.
- 3
Slurry preparation
Ground ore is mixed with water to form the pulp.
- 4
Leaching
LEACHING KING works in the leaching tanks.
- 5
Separate adsorption
The pulp moves to separate adsorption tanks where LEACHING KING ACTIVATED CARBON adsorbs the dissolved gold.
- 6
Carbon separation and recovery
The loaded carbon is separated, then gold is recovered from it.
